HOW OUR PROCESS WORKS
Our workflow is designed to bridge the "forensic gap" by transforming complex blockchain data into actionable evidence through a transparent, multi-stage process.
STEP 1
INCIDENT INTAKE & FEASIBILITY CHECK
The process begins with an intuitive, step-by-step wizard where you provide essential details, such as transaction IDs (TXIDs), wallet addresses, and a brief timeline of the event. Before proceeding, we perform a technical feasibility evaluation. If our analysis shows funds are permanently lost—for instance, sent to a "mixer" or a non-cooperative jurisdiction—we provide a transparent estimate of recovery chances and do not charge for recovery services if the outlook is too slim.
STEP 2
AUTOMATED ON-CHAIN TRACING
Once a case is accepted, our proprietary algorithms—developed from over 60 real-world investigations—automatically trace the flow of stolen assets across multiple blockchains, such as Bitcoin and Ethereum. We utilize neural networks to recognize sophisticated laundering patterns like "peeling chains" and layering, allowing us to follow the money through various intermediate addresses.
STEP 3
CHOKE POINT IDENTIFICATION & SCORING
We specifically look for "choke points," typically centralized exchanges where scammers attempt to convert crypto into cash. Our system calculates a recovery probability score based on these final destinations; if assets end up at a regulated exchange with KYC (Know Your Customer) protocols, the likelihood of successful legal action increases significantly.
STEP 4
FROM DIGITAL EVIDENCE TO REAL-WORLD
Action The culmination of this process is a structured forensic PDF report. This document visualizes the flow of funds and identifies key destinations in a format specifically designed to meet the evidentiary standards of law enforcement, prosecutors, and lawyers. By providing these ready-to-use dossiers, we help move cases from "untraceable" digital losses to active investigations by authorities.
